Dr. Wei (Wei-Yan) brings a compassionate and patient-centered approach to her dental practice. She graduated from the University of Otago in 2017 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery with Distinction. After completing her studies, she worked for the Capital and Coast District Health Board at both Wellington and Kenepuru hospitals. Dr. Wei is passionate about working with her patients to create healthy smiles in a friendly, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

What excites her most about being a dentist is the opportunity to help patients achieve optimal oral health while fostering a relaxed and positive experience. Dr. Wei has also had the privilege of providing dental care in Cambodia and Fiji, further enriching her understanding of different cultures and healthcare needs.

Always eager to improve her skills and further her knowledge, Dr. Wei is currently completing her residency in restorative dentistry. This allows her to enhance her expertise and stay at the forefront of the latest dental advancements, ensuring she provides the highest level of care to her patients.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Wei enjoys reading books, watching movies, making Lego creations, and exploring new places through travel. A self-proclaimed “crazy cat lady,” she loves spending time with her fur baby, Neala. She also enjoys being outdoors, exploring the natural beauty of the Wellington region, and baking delicious treats in her spare time.

Dr. Wei is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and is excited to help her patients maintain healthy, confident smiles for years to come.

Dr. Colin brings over 30 years of experience and a deep passion for dentistry to our clinic. After graduating from Otago University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, he gained valuable experience working in several private practices before purchasing his own practice in 1993. This extensive background has helped him build a reputation for delivering high-quality care and prioritising each patient’s dental health.

Dr. Colin is known for his commitment to preserving natural teeth and enhancing patient comfort. He is dedicated to using the latest technology and techniques to provide the best care possible and regularly participates in continuing education to stay current with advancements in dental care. Dr. Colin is a proud member of the New Zealand Dental Association, the New Zealand Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the New Zealand Institute of Minimal Intervention Dentistry, and the New Zealand Endodontic Society. He has also made significant contributions to the profession, serving on the Wellington branch of the NZ Dental Association and the NZ Periodontal Society.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Colin enjoys pursuing his passions for photography, skiing, ballroom dancing, and golf. He believes in living life to the fullest and brings that same enthusiasm and energy to his dental practice, ensuring a positive experience for all his patients.

With over 30 years of experience in the dental field, Vanessa is the heart of our practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. As Practice Manager, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role, overseeing daily operations and helping create a positive and efficient experience for both patients and staff.

Vanessa’s extensive experience allows her to manage all aspects of the practice, from coordinating schedules and patient care to supporting the dental team. Her exceptional organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and friendly demeanor make her an invaluable part of our clinic. Vanessa is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and ensuring that every patient feels comfortable and well-cared for.

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys weekend retreats with friends and family, skiing, golf, and ballroom dancing. She is also deeply committed to environmental sustainability in all aspects of her life. She is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest trends in dental office management and continually works to improve the patient experience.

Andrew brings a fresh perspective and valuable leadership experience to our dental clinic after making a successful career transition from project management. His background in managing complex projects has equipped him with exceptional skills in organization, problem-solving, and team coordination, which he now applies to ensuring our clinic operates smoothly and efficiently as a team leader.

Known for his clear communication and proactive approach, Andrew excels in leading our team to provide top-tier care while fostering a positive, collaborative environment. He plays a key role in improving workflows, supporting staff development, and ensuring that every patient has a seamless and comfortable experience.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys going to the movies, spending time with friends, playing board games, and building Lego sets in his spare time. Passionate about continuous learning, he remains committed to growing in his new role and stays informed about the latest trends in both leadership and dental care.

Ness is a talented and compassionate dental assistant who brings both expertise and a warm, friendly approach to patient care. Ness plays an integral role in making every patient’s visit smooth and comfortable. Ness is skilled in assisting during dental procedures, maintaining patient records, and ensuring treatment areas are prepared for success. She is also passionate about educating patients on proper oral health practices.

Known for her calm and gentle nature, Ness excels at creating a relaxed and welcoming environment. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure that patients receive the highest level of care. Whether it’s making patients feel at ease or supporting the dental team, Ness’s contributions are vital to the practice’s efficient operations.

Outside the office, Ness enjoys scenic walks, road trips, and coffee dates with her friends and family.

Georgia is a dedicated and compassionate dental assistant with a passion for patient care and oral health. Georgia plays a vital role in ensuring that every patient feels comfortable and well cared for throughout their visit. Her expertise includes assisting during procedures, managing patient records, preparing treatment areas, and providing education on oral hygiene.

Georgia is known for her friendly demeanor. She is committed to helping patients achieve optimal oral health and works closely with the dental team to deliver high-quality care. Whether it’s helping nervous patients feel at ease or ensuring all instruments and materials are ready for a procedure, Georgia’s presence is a key part of our office’s smooth operation.
